Cleaning your Trim Pal

 

Cleaning the TrimPal is not difficult, it is recommended to clean the machine every 250 units. This machine was over due, and ran 6 hours per day for 4 months. When material is very caked, using alcohol and a razor blade works well. Be careful if removing sling to not bend or misshape.

Loosen the black knobs connected to the saddle - (Turn at least 6 full rotations).

Use a 11mm wrench to unscrew and remove the bolt holding the basket.

 Collect the square alignment pin.

 Grab the basket and slowly remove from the TrimPal machine and set aside.

Completely unscrew the black knobs until the saddle comes loose and can be removed.

Clean with metal scraping tool and isopropyl alcohol.
